Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison School of Business with a degree in Real Estate in 2001, I began working for the Stark Company.

I have been involved in all types of real estate transactions- commercial, residential and residential income. Although I find all transactions interesting, my primary focus is residential property (single family homes and condos) and income property.

Through my real estate education at the UW along with the real world experience I've gained as a real estate investor and active member of the Madison Landlord Legislative Council, I am confident in my ability to assist you in any size income property transaction.

Sellers-If you are looking to sell or swap property in a tax deferred exchange, I'll be happy to provide you with a market analysis of your property to help determine an accurate market value.

Buyers-Whether you're looking to acquire your first income property or expand your portfolio, I can help. Just let me know what you're looking for in an investment and how many properties you'd like and I'll find them. Listed as well as unlisted properties. I'll send letters and knock on doors if I need to in order to find you the right property!

Real Estate Qualifications

-2001 to Present: Full Time REALTOR with the Stark Company -Owner & Manager of Town of Madison Duplex  and Vilas Ave. 2-flat-2005-Present: Property Manager & Consultant for local development company-2001 graduated with honors earning a BBA degree in Real Estate with a Specialization in Internatioinal Business from the UW Madison School of Business -Member, Equal Opportunities Affordable Housing Committee with the REALTORS Association of South Central WI (RASCW)-Frequent Habitiat For Humanity Realtor Workday Participant -Past Member, Real Estate Transaction Committee of RASCW

Interests

-Scuba Diving: I'm a Rescue Diver who dives local lakes and exotic locations (when I get the chance). -Sailing: Past member of the Hoofer's sailing club. -Running: Trained  with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Team In Training program for the Chicago Marathon and Anchorage Marathon.
